Jag tycker inte att Faramir är det minsta platt i boken, skulle snarare säga att man direkt inser att det är oanat djup i den karln.Vi kommer att få se den Faramir vi alla älskari nästa film, det är jag övertygad om. Peter Jackson älskar att ge figurerna i filmen något av en utvecklingskurva (och erkänn att Faramir är en gnutta platt i boken). PJ tyckte inte heller att det kändes rimligt (i filmens sammanhang) att alla frestas av Ringen, men att Faramir skulle vara ett undantag.
