Atlantdeklarationen

Eftersom Stalin aldrig skrev på självaste Atlantdeklarationen utan bara skrev på Teheran-deklarationen och Jalta-protokollet där det stod att Sovjet erkänt principerna i Atlantdeklarationen, hur giltigt var det egentligen?
Han bröt mot dessa redan första dagen av Potsdamkonferensen då han ville diskutera om Sovjet kunde få land som skadestånd, men rent juridiskt, var han verkligen bunden vid dem?

The Governments of the United States, the U. S. S.
