Ja det ska vara samma person som på Wikipedia länken. Står ju "RCC" som står för Carabinieri i den tyska texten samt på Wikipedia. Enligt Wikipedia så ska han ha flytt upp i bergen vid Abruzzo, där han även deltog i det väpnade motståndet, han gick alltså med partisanerna.
