A good and some what difficult question to answer since this was a time of major restructuring for the Navy, losing destroyers but gaining different types of new systems and vessels

Before 1983 there were 3 torpedoboat divisions after mobilization each part of a destroyer (later ”surface attack”) flottilia (1,2 & 3)

11.torpedoboat division (6 Norrköping), 12.(6 Spica) and 13. (6 Norrköping)

In 1981 the first Norrköping (T) began converting to (M) at the Karlskrona Shipyard.

That menat that during 1981 she was no longer part of the wartime mobilization organisation, meaning that 11.divison would be a 5 boat division in case of mobilization.

In 1982 a further 3 Norrköping boats began converting, and thus no longer available for mobilization.
This was solved by 11.divison keeping 3 Norrköping (T) and 6 Spica in peactime, forming two divisions (11 & 12) after mobilization each with 4 or 5 boats
13.division remaining a 5 boat division

In 1983 another 3 Norrköping (T) went in for conversiom, however in mid 1983 the first 3 Norrköping (M) were ready forming the first Missileboatdivision (44).

So actual war establishement after mobilization in late 1983 would have been
11. & 12. Torpedoboatdivision with 3 Norrköping (T) and 6 Spica
34. Missileboatdivision with 3 Norrköping FAC(M) and 2 Norrköping FAC(T).

In 1984 a further 3 Norrköping (T) went in for conversion, however another 3 Norrköping (M) were also ready forming the second Missileboatdivision (11)

So actual war estabishment in late 1984 would have been as follows:
21.missileboat division: 3 Norrköping (M), 2 Spica (T)
34.missileboat division: 5 Norrköping (M), 1 Stockholm (M)
52.torpedoboat division: 4 Spica

In late 1985 with all Norrköping finished the situation looked like this.
21.missileboat division: 5 Norrköping (M), 6 th boat joining early 1986,
34.missileboat division: 6 Norrköping (M), 1 Stockholm corvette (M)
52.torpedoboat division: 4 Spica (T)

My late father was the first CO of the first Converted missile boat R138 Piteå and also the first CO of the first missileboat division (44/34)
