När Göring i augusti 1932 - skulle väljas till Riksdagspresident (talman) ingick det i traditionen att valsessionen skulle inledas av den äldsta deputerade i 'der Reichstag'. Vilket råkade vara den 84-åriga revolutionären och kommunisten Klara Zetkin som halvt döende låg på sjukhus i Moskva. Med tåg (somliga säger på bår) reste hon till Berlin och Riksdagshuset - där hon, fysiskt stödd av (kommunistledaren) Ernst Torgler - levererade ett halvtimmes brandtal mot nazisterna, nazismen och vart denna komme att leda Tyskland - inför en majoritet av nazistiska stenansikten som segervisst väntade på röstningen. Klara's tal var det sista oppositionella som yttrades i ett tyskt politiskt forum innan sammanbrottet 1945.

Nej, jag har inget information om Klaras tal. Men det är en verkligen fascinerande historia du berättar. Att vulgonassarna så sent som 38 kände att de var tvungna att följa traditionerna till den grad att de tog dit en Moskvakommunist som till fick en hel halvtimma att spy sin galla är lite förvånande. Möjligen ett exempel på hur noga Hitler och Goebels var att pejla av stämningarna, både till höger och vänster.

Att det fanns det en livs levande kommuistledare i Reichstag 1938 låter smått otroligt vid första tanken.

Satt faktist och tänkte på att du inte skrev fel, då det skulle vara rätt otroligt att de flög in en kommunist efter 5 års nazistisk styre. Dessutom blev ju faktist Göring talman när nazitspartiet blev störst.

Before this compelling historical necessity all binding and separating political, unionized, religious and world-descriptive attitudes must withdraw. All threatened ones, all suffering, all release-longing in the unit front against fascism and its assigned ones in the government! The self statement of the workers against fascism is the next essential condition for the unit front in the fight against crisis, imperialistic wars and its cause, the capitalistic production way. Revolting of millions workers of men and women in Germany against hunger, Entrechtung, fascist murder and imperialistic wars is an expression of the indestructible fate community of the works of the whole world. This international fate community must become ehern forged combat community of the workers in all rule areas of capitalism, a combat community, which connects it with the ahead-stormed released brothers and sisters in the Soviet Union. Strikes and rebellions in the most diverse countries are blazing flame characters, which show the fighting in Germany that they do not stand alone. Everywhere the Enterbten and depressing begin to advance for the conquest of power. In also the unit front forming in Germany itself the million women may not be missing to the worker, who are delivered still chains of the sex slavery and thus hardest class slavery. In the foremost rows the youth must fight, which heischt free Emporbluehen and developing of their forces, but today no other prospect has than the Kadavergehorsam and the exploitation in the columns of the work-service-requiring. Hej Martin, - jag skrev nog i maj förra året, att hon kom med tåg från sjukhus i Moskva. Om hon också bodde där vet jag inte. Mitt intresse för hennes tal väcktes, tror jag i en bok - inte på internätet. En del ledande kommunister sökte ju vård i Sovjet (där det var gratis - vilket ofta inte var fallet i deras hemländer..) medan [enligt Montefiore] en lika strid ström av ledande sovjetiska kommunister och inte minst, deras fruar 'drack brunn' och
'tog baden' vid tyska och andra västeuropeiska kurorter . Att Clara Zetkin gick i exil efter sitt Reichstags-framträdande var både naturligt och nödvändigt - se hur det gick för de som stannade! Om du är intresserad av hennes öden - gör jag följande reflektioner; redan då var visum till Sovjet ganska sällsynta - utom för fackmän och 'cardcarrying communists'. De senare - var sällan välkomna i många länder, undantag Frankrike och Tjeckoslovakiet - så var gick hon i exil? Logiskt, förr eller senare - Sovjet. Generalsekreteraren för det Tyska Kommunistpartiet i exil, var vad jag minns Wilhelm Pieck med säte i Moskva. Hon måste ha känt/umgåtts med honom och Walter Ulbricht - kanske trålning på dom - kan ge en vinkling till vad du söker, mvh, Varjag

Det är möjligt jj, att jag har fel och att Otto Wels - var det sista. Jag bara läste ngnstans att Klaras - hade varit det och blev intresserad av vad hon hade att säga. Genomläsning av talet (min tyska är inte perfekt) visar ju dock en ganska återhållsam opposition till Hitler 'Ermächtigungsgesetz' utmynnande i 'Nein' men inte med den 'eld i hjärtat' som präglar Zetkins tal tycker jag.....Varjag
